Student Success Statement
"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius
wills not the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and
determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always
will solve the problem of the human race."

Reflection:
What this statement probably means is that nothing can
replace persistence and persistence & determination by themselves are both
very powerful. In other words, persistence and determination are very powerful
that they cannot be replaced. For example, if you were doing bad in a soccer
game and is about to give up, you keep on going showing persistence and determination,
you end up playing a good game.
