What this statement probably means is that whenever it is the
 time to decide the best thing to choose is the right thing. In other words
, if it come to decide where to go then choose the one that involves
 doing what's right. For example, if you want to go to college the first
 thing you want to
 decide is what do you want to be when you
 get out of college.
