MEANS REGURLARLY RENEWING AND STREGTHENING THE FOUR KEY DIMENSIONS OF LIFE –

BODY. EAT WHOLESAME
FOODS,FRUITS,VEGETABLES,LEGUMES. AVOID ILLEGAL DRUGS, SMOKINGALCHOL,TABACCO,PRODUCTS,TATTOOING.
EXERCICE REGURLARLY AND EFFECTIVELY. GET PLENTY OF REST AT NIGHT. GET TO BED “EARLY
TO RISE MAKES A MAN HEALTHY, WEALTHY,AND WISE.”

MIND. THINK POSIIVELY. READ.
STUDY. TGHNIK . ANALYZE.SEEK TO READ A GOOD BOOK EACH MONTH. THEN EACH WEEK.
ASK INTELLIGENT QUESTIONS. OBSERVE. DEVELOP YOUR MIN THROUGH POSITIVE “SELF-ASK.”
CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!

BECAUSE SHE MAKE HER DREAM PLAYING AND SHE WIN
ON THE GAME & I AM HAPPY THAT THEY MAKE HER DREAM COME TRUE & THEY ARE REAL FRIENDS BECAUSE
THEIRS NO FRIENDS LIKE THAT & I WILL NEVER HAVE A FRIENDSTHAT NOTEVEN HELP
ME OR PUSH ME TO DO MY WORK , AND SHE COULD DO LALL WHAT IS SHE DOING RIGHT NOW
WOTH HER FRIENDS…….
